13LHCD11-1 – Nickie Pinson – BEING ONE IN CHRIST
Jesus prays for us to be one with Him and the Father. Has the Father given you to Christ? All that the Father has given to Jesus will come to Him. If we serve Jesus we will follow Him. If the cloud moves, we move, otherwise we sit right where we’re at, or we get our self in trouble. We are either with Him or we are scattered abroad. To be with Him is to be only where He is, doing only what He is doing, and saying only what He is saying, and doing it where He is doing it. This is the product and this is the proof of being one with Him. When we behold Him we will be transformed. If Christ lives in you, you will be crucified with Him through much tribulation. So tell your flesh NO and you won’t sin. Be holy and blameless. Always remember, your body belongs to Jesus. Be very careful what you do with it. It is the temple of the Holy Spirit and Christ wants to live His life through your body. Jesus offered up His body. If we hope to be one with Him, we must continually offer up our body as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable unto God which is our reasonable service. Yield to the ownership of the Lord Jesus Christ. Personal ministry follows this teaching.

13LHCD11-2 – Nickie Pinson – CAN I BE DELIVERED?
To be delivered means to be set free or liberated, to be released or saved from, to be handed over, transferred, emancipated, redeemed or rescued. Ask yourself these questions: Is God able to deliver me? Is it God’s will to deliver me? Why is it necessary to be delivered? First of all, get your eyes on God, not on the person who ministers to you. Jesus asks us, “Do you believe that I am able to do this?” Remember the one time Jesus did not set the captives free? In His home town of Nazareth He marveled at their unbelief. They just did not trust Him and they held back. Allow Jesus to have access to your total being. It is all or nothing. Come clean with Him. That might be why you are not getting deliverance. He knows our heart and when we are playing games with him. Our unbelief limits Him, the Holy One of Israel, from setting us free. Also, there is no deliverance without true repentance. You need to hate that sin. What will keep you right is the bad feeling that comes when you offend the One who loves you and gave His life for you. They that are Christ’s will crucify their flesh with its affections and lusts. Otherwise those things will control us and we will not enter into eternal life with Him. Personal ministry follows this teaching.

13LHCD11-3 – Geri McGhee – A HAUGHTY SPIRIT
The dictionary meaning of haughty is: arrogant overbearing pride evidenced by a superior manner toward others, unreasonable self esteem, condescending, egotistical, controlling, display of being better and superiority. However, the biblical definition is simple – to exalt yourself. It’s hard to differentiate between haughtiness and pride. Prov. 16:18 says that “pride goes before a fall and a haughty spirit before destruction.” Prov. 18:12 tells us that “Before destruction the heart of man is haughty and before honor is humility.” Prov. 21:24 tells us that “Proud and haughty scorner is his name, who deals in proud wrath.” It seems as though pride is how we think and feel and haughtiness carries it out. We know that according to God’s word, neither is pleasing to Him. He points out the problem in order that we may deal with it. Anything in our lives that is opposite of God’s way is sin. 11 Sam. 22:28 … “Thine eyes are upon the haughty, that thou mayest bring them down.” If we don’t deal with it, He will! In 1 Cor 13, we see that “love doesn’t seek it’s own.” When we are haughty, we are seeking our own. Col. 3:5 reminds us we are to “reckon ourselves as dead unto sin but alive unto God thru Jesus Christ.” Geri gives many scripture references on how we are to deny ourselves and consider others because it is through death to our flesh that the life of Jesus can manifest in us. 13LHCD11-4 – Carla Butaud – REST
God rested on the 7th day. He blessed it and sanctified it. God wants us to rest our body on the Sabbath Day. Our body is God’s temple and it is our responsibility to take care of it for Him. God has instructed us to rest, repose, desist from exertion, take a break from all secular labor and employment. Keep the day holy and consecrate it to His service and worship. The Christian church observes the first day of the week as the Sabbath in commemoration of the resurrection of Christ. It is intended to be an intermission from pain and sorrow, a holy day. Holy means a sacred place or thing. Our rest should be sacred to us, a consecrated, dedicated thing, hallowed as in “most holy”, a sanctuary. Many illnesses are rooted in lack of rest so we need to learn how to be refreshed or we will bring about a slow, gradual diminishing of our life. Resist being driven and enslaved by the demands of modern life. God has established the Sabbath rest as a perpetual covenant…it never ends. It is meant to be a state free from commotion and noise, a quiet repose, a state of reconciliation to God. It is possible to live continuously in a place of quiet, permanent habitation in His presence. Deliverance prayers follow this teaching.

13LHCD11-5 – Nickie Pinson – FILLING OUR BODY WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT
John 20:19 Things change when Jesus comes into the middle of our situation. He said to His disciples, “Peace be to you.” He breathed on their bodies then spoke a prophetic word for them to be filled with the Holy Spirit. Even today, no matter the size or color of your body, it is important to God. He wants to manifest His power in and through it. Be sensitive to the stirrings of the Holy Spirit and yield your body to the Lord so you will be able to move in the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Do things God’s way and the blessings will come. If you worry about what people think, you will shut down the Holy Spirit. If you are wanting to see a miracle, remember that it is a miracle to speak in tongues, it is a miracle every time you prophesy or give a word of knowledge. If you are going to a church where they do not give the Holy Spirit His place, you need to get out of there. The leadership there does not want to give up control. Scriptures tell us prophecy is the best gift, and most of the other gifts operate through it. Let the other prophets in the church judge and let the carnal people be offended and move on. We are going to be what Jesus is to this world, baptized in the Holy Spirit. Personal ministry follows this teaching.

13LHCD11-6 – Carla Butaud – THE PRIESTLY ANOINTING IN THE HOME
This message is geared toward family, but especially men…husbands. In Num. 11 Sam. 9, we see David searching for someone of the house of Saul. He finds that Jonathan has a son in Lodebar who is crippled in his feet. David sent for Mephibosheth, welcomed him, restoring all that had been taken from him. Mephibosheth questioned the goodness of King David, calling himself a dead dog. Sometimes we allow our inheritance or our position to be taken from us, seeing ourselves as unworthy or incapable, etc. Because Mephibosheth didn’t take his place, someone else took it from him – those who were supposed to be his servants. Lodebar was where Mephibosheth had dwelt. The meaning of Lodebar was pastureless. A pasture provides feeding, sustenance and life….no flock = no provision. He was the grandson of the king Saul and was the heir but he had allowed all to be taken from him. Then we switch this scenario over to the family because many men see themselves as Mephibosheth saw himself. Their position has been taken away. Most men are not aware of their place in the family, in the church, nor their worth in God’s eyes. God ordained family even before He ordained the church. Eph. 5:23, talks about the husband being the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church. So, the husband is the savior of the family, like Jesus is the head and Savior of the church. Carla goes on to teach about the responsibilities and the results of order in the family. Deliverance prayer follows.

13LHCD11-7 – Geri McGhee – SPIRIT OF INSOMNIA
Could it be that God is dealing with you? A clear conscience is important to be able to sleep peacefully. Worry can keep you awake as well. Millions of Americans suffer from insomnia and other sleep disorders which keep them from functioning normally during the day. Insomnia can lead to obesity, diabetes, heart disease and stroke. Taking medicine to induce sleep is like putting a band aid on a spiritual problem. Geri is convinced the sleepless person is unable to enter into God’s rest because of curses, which is God’s judgment carried out by demons. That is how God brings discipline to His children because of His great love for us. Perhaps the problem is found in the lives of your ancestors. Check to see if you are in rebellion and disobedience against God in some area of your life. Unforgiveness, unbelief, fear of the future and anger will rob you of peace. Be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Repent over the Word, submit to God, take the yoke of Jesus and find contentment in your life…mental and emotional satisfaction. The Lord is our Shepherd, we shall not lack any good thing and that includes a good night’s sleep.

13LHCD11-8 – Carla Butaud – BREAKING OF GENESIS CURSES
The word, Genesis, means to be born, origin, coming into being. This message is the story of Lazarus. John 11 tells us that Lazarus has been dead for four days. Jesus came to the tomb and called out, “Lazarus, come forth.” He came out but was still bound in grave clothes. At that point, Jesus said, “Loose him and let him go.” This is a picture of deliverance…Before we have an encounter with Jesus, we’re dead. Then after we’re saved, we’re alive but still have our grave clothes on. So our Christian lives are begun in bondage. Without being loosed from the grave clothes, Lazarus couldn’t walk out into his new life and neither can we. We will learn in this teaching that we opened no doors, gave no entrance to the curses in our life. They came with our origin…we were born with them…our ‘genesis.’ At the end of this teaching, these curses will be broken. The first one we learn about is the ‘sin and death.’ We didn’t become sinners…we were born in sin. We sin because we were made sinners. Rom. 5:12 “Wherefore as by one man sin entered into the world and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men. So we were not only born sinners; death was also part of the package. David had a revelation of this as is stated in Ps. 51:5 “Behold I was shapen in iniquity and in sin did my mother conceive me.” The good news is in Gal. 3:13 “Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us.” Carla goes on to give a detailed explanation how, just as we were shapen in iniquity, we have also been set free from all that the genesis curse entails.
