Both the curses of the bastard and abortion are rooted in the spirit of rejection. These curses perpetually repeat themselves in families and open doors for evil spirits to enter us. In the Hebrew language, the word ‘bastard’ means ‘to alienate’. You do not have to be illegitimately conceived for this curse to be upon you. It is enough if you were unwanted. You feel that you are not important, like an outcast, isolated, and unworthy to be loved or have nice things. Regarding the abortion spirit, a hard-heartedness develops, murderous rage, a fear of abandonment, nightmares, a person wishes they had never been born and they wish they were dead. A Jekyll and Hyde personality develops. Your hopes and dreams end abruptly when a spirit of abortion is working in your life. Our entire nation is cursed. The destruction done by these curses is so extensive that space does not permit the telling. Prayers of repentance, deliverance and healing follow this teaching as well as the Father’s Blessing.

The content of this message is summarized as “Defeating the spirit of rejection with an emphasis on pride.” She takes down the curtains covering the windows of pride, that we might observe its operation in our lives in ways we’ve never seen before. Pride is a spiritual blocker. It will block us from getting our freedom and deliverance. It is a protector of self. The kingdom of darkness is built on pride. (Isaiah 14:12-14) The spirit of pride caused satan to believe that he could be God. Pride is a declaration of independence from God. No matter how hard you try to look good on the outside, there are still issues on the inside that are eventually going to come up. God sent Jesus to die for you – for your issues. The Lord told Deborah she had an issue – “It’s you!” The issue is you. But when you have pride, you’re deceived into believing it’s not you – it’s somebody else. We need to let that pride down, open the gate, and let God do what He needs to do. It’s better that you humble yourself than to have God humble you. (Dan 4:37) Deborah identifies spirits operating within the cluster of pride. A fairly large segment of this message profiles the spirit of Leviathan. Rejection can also keep us from reaching our potential in God. She identifies multiple reactions and symptoms that are rooted in rejection. Rejection and pride have to be dismantled from our lives. God wants us free from these things. Wherever you are in your walk with God, whatever you’re struggling with, Jesus will help you. 06LHCD4-6 – Dr. William Null – ROOTS OF REJECTION
Amos 2:9 “Yet destroyed I the Amorite before them, whose height was like the height of the cedars, and he was strong as the oaks; yet I destroyed his fruit from above, and his roots from beneath.” Dr. Null begins this teaching by showing the importance of removing the root cause so that the branch and fruit do not return. He explains how familiar spirits work in your life to cause problems. He looks at various root causes from the family. These include generational curses from sins of the fathers – abandonment, incest, rape, bastard, vagabond, poverty, whoredom, and abortion. Abandonment in your life can be real or perceived. An example of real is adoption or desertion. An example of perceived is the early death of a pet, friend or parent. Examples of situational would be alcoholic parent, crisis in family, divorce, parental over-commitment to job, unwanted pregnancy, wrong timing, unwanted sex, abuse in family – physical, emotional, sexual, or verbal. There are others that can be added. All these can cause rejection to manifest with its evil fruit. Deliverance ministry follows this teaching.

“To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.” Dr. Null introduces the subject of rejection by showing that by definition rejection can flow either into you or from you depending on your reaction to it. Then, by Scriptures he shows how you can react with fear if you receive rejection into you or by rejection of authority you react in pride. The fruit of both fear and pride are discussed in detail along with the relevant Scriptures. Deliverance and healing prayer follow this teaching. Part I. In this lesson he begins with a review of the nature of rejection and the two basic reactions it invokes – fear and pride. You send out rejection when you rebel and you take it in when you are denied love. Rejection became our birthright when Adam and Eve rejected God’s Word. Ezekiel 16:1-5 shows the descent from the Amorite (fear) and the Hittite (pride) which is the Canaanite (rejection). Fear of rejection, self-rejection, and self-hatred all let in a false comforter spirit. When you grieve the Holy Spirit, He withdraws and the light goes out. Darkness takes over and you decide your moves – you become as god. Lust or love of the world – sexual problems – perverse spirits – debased mind – this is a progression down from fear into a cave of darkness which leads to a grasshopper spirit (Num 13:32-33). You never feel good enough. This results in torment – terrors – depression – self-pity – perfectionism – occult, etc. Isaiah 30:1-3, “Woe to the rebellious who take council but not by My Spirit.” (false coverings). This message concludes with prayers for repentance and ministry for deliverance and healing.

They all rob Jesus of your presence and rob you of His freedom with the end result being that you never walk in the fullness of His righteousness. Turn the choice to be offended into an opportunity to pray for that person. They must have problems or they wouldn’t behave that way. There is a realm of personal deliverance that comes when you can do this! She goes on to profile the rejection spirit, which can make one feel valueless or worthless because of the sense of being thrown away. One important thing to remember about rejection – it doesn’t matter if it is real or imagined. It becomes real to the person, even when it is imagined.
