Phillip gives an account of how he set out to prove his wife wrong concerning the baptism in the Holy Spirit and realized while studying that it was real and he received. Seven months later, he was thrust into deliverance – not even realizing what he’d done. As it turned out, his secretary was Frank Hammond’s daughter-in-law and she talked him into reading “Pigs in the Parlor”. Mr. Morris’ emphasis in this message was on the importance of names, nicknames etc., and how they can affect us. He gives us many examples of the captives being set free over the years. We had prayer for repentance and rebellion, curses to be broken and demons were commanded to leave.

Phillip explains what actually happens with MPD – how when something unbearable happens, people sometimes are subject to amnesia or they choose not to deal with the incidents. We can then open ourselves up to demonic spirits that may materialize as different personalities. They may take turns manifesting with different voices, mannerisms, etc. The other personalities make them feel safe but know that they are evil spirits – not of GOD. Phillip gives many examples of his experiences in ministering to MPD which are among those addressed in his book. Deliverance follows.
